Keine Lust alleine zu laufen? Dann werde doch Teil unseres Community Run’s! Wir starten jeden Mittwoch um 19h ab der Bonngasse 13a (ca. 15min vorher da sein). Die Teilnahme ist kostenfrei und das Training wird stets von mehreren unser qualifizierten Trainer geleitet. Gelaufen wird dabei in verschiedenen Niveau-Gruppen und das Training wird ergänzt um technische Übungen. Die Dauer der Einheiten liegt bei ca. 1h. Regelmäßig begrüßen wir unsere Lieferanten mit Produkt-Neuheiten oder spannenden kleinen Events beim Community Run. Die Termine hierfür kündigen wir über unsere Info-Tafel im Laden und über unsere Social Media Kanäle an. Umkleide- und Ablagemöglichkeiten gibt es im Laden. Und nach dem Lauf könnt Ihr Euch noch mit einem alkoholfreien Getränk erfrischen. Wir freuen uns auf Euch!

Paid (members-only) clubs typically offer structured coaching, track sessions, and race preparation programmes that help you genuinely improve. Some clubs run both: open social runs for everyone and a paid training programme on top.
How do I join a run club?
Most clubs are open — just show up at the meeting point at the listed time. No sign-up needed. Many also have a WhatsApp group or Meetup page where they share last-minute updates; you'll find links on each club's profile page. When in doubt, send the club a message on Instagram.
