A safe, sober space for queer and trans people to run together in London. Founded in January 2019 as a registered CIC. Community-led, fully coached weekly sessions — running drills, track sessions, and long runs — all booked via the BEND app, London's booking platform for queer movement classes. Tuesday evening social runs and Saturday morning runs at Hackney Marshes. Also organises TRANSCEND, the first ever queer and trans only running event. To book for one of our runs, just reserve your spot using the BEND app. BEND is the London-based booking platform for queer movement classes.

Beginners welcome — no experience needed. Think couch to 5K. Shorter optional intervals, focus on running form and building confidence. Our leaders stay with you the whole session. Supported by Misfits. Free to attend.
